Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at AshouFab Boutique.

Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY
You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
1. RETURNS
1.1 RETURN DUE TO CHANGE OF MIND
AshouFab Boutique will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 14 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition.
Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to your payment method. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.
AshouFab Boutique will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too you.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and no refund has been made, please contact us at contact@ashoufabboutique.com.

We may update this policy from time to time without any prior notice to you but please regularly check this policy to ensure you are aware of the most updated version.
